shit there’s something wrong with my language..its not neat now..wat happened…

So the thing is i was a guy with no idea wat to do after my Btech like a 2 months before.Since i was having no job offer or anything,i was planning to do MBA…i always wanted to do it….But having no job made me confirm my decison about the MBA.So i went and wrote MAT.I had zero preparation for MAT…never read or tried to study anything for the exam…but when the result came it was like 84.15 percentile..damn…then i applied for MBA in some colleges..Amrita School of Business…I attended their interview and 2 days later got the information from them that i am selected…i was also planning to attend some more interviews in a few B schools also.

A company called Spectrum technologies came and conducted a drive in my college and  i was able to attend it..2 days after the aptitude test they called me to their office and had an interview.They said that the results will be informed later.Then last month i had a test and interview with HCL..and god tussi great ho…I got job offers from both HCL and Spectrum.So before 2 months i didnt know what to do after Btech and now i have two job offers and an MBA selection from a very reputed college in the country.But in the same way i have lost something also.A very precious some one…dont wanna talk about it….

The reason why i am writing this post is,today i had a chat with him.I am finishing my engineering in 3months and i am not yet placed in a company and i was planning to do MBA in HR right after my Btech.

MO: one of the interesting things that Krugman said is this – when everyone works for a couple of years and then become managers…it is inevitable that theere will be more managers than peoople to manage.

MO: and what happens then is that there is a need to keep them happy. companies becoe greedy… more managers lead to a ruined economy.
even in my company, there is a thrust towards removing in-betweeners.

why should there be a person above me, who’s only job is to talk to the client and tell me what they want. when it is cheaper and infintely more efficitne when i can do the talking to the client myself.
the reponse is faster. the cost is less. the whiole thing is more efficient

you dont learn anything in MBA man. its a degree thats only there to prove to people that you have na masters.

As part of my final year btech project i was staying in the city near to my stunt spot.And my bike’s clutch had some problems,and i was not able to do wheelies so i gave the bike to load the clutch and change the clutch plates.

I was sleeping in my rooom….its on the top floor of a three storeyed building.”"”"Rohhaa Rohaaaa”..someone is yelling my name from the road.

I woke up and  looked down through the window.There was this guy from our team who is not even 18 and had no license to ride with my bike.

he:”dude check it out ur bike is like a rocket now,can pop a wheelie           even in 3rd gear”

me:”wat!! a wheelie in 3rd gear????!!!!”

he:”yaaa come down check it out”

I went down and rode the bike..feels powerfull..but i didnt try to pop a wheelie coz it was a public road and never ever stunt on a public road.I kept my urge to try a wheelie for the next day coz anyway next day we had planned for a practice session.

Next Day

By the time of practice most of my team members couldn’t come only me and the guy whom i talked to yesterday was there.But still we wanted to go out and practice.I was dying to do the wheelie which is a like a puzzle which i can never crack.

So went to the stunt spot,there was me and this team member of mine for stunting and one friend of mine and 3 of his for watching the session.Our stunt spot is a private property which surely is not owned by us.It has really good long roads.We reached there and started practicing.Now also for me the front wheel is not popping up.It’s lamost like how it was before…”SHIT…what the Shit”….”When the fuck will i ever be able to do a nice decent wheelie,damn”…i was but still trying….

I throttledd my bike up released the clutch suddenly and the front wheel lifted like 2-3 feet  only and when i landed the front wheel i saw a police vehicle some 15feet away to the right of me.The other guy also reached near me and i said “dude fuck cops cops”…

He:”what cops..where the fuck”

Me:”look to the right..damn man”

He:”Dude let’s get the hell out of here….”

Me:”No NO don’t bounce…wait let’s talk them out..don’t fucking run dude”

He:”man i don’t have a fucking license…they will really whack me i am going”

With that he flew way with his bike……..

I turned my bike slowly and went near the police vehicle and removed my helme,elbow and knee guards.

Inpector:”Call that freak who just ran or all of you are going to jail”

Me:”ohh oh  ok sir 1sec and i took my mobile to call him”

Right then one of his friend came to me and said “Dude he doesn’t have his cell with him..he gave it to me while he was stunting..here it is and took his mobile out”

“fucking great bloody fucking great the best fucking thing to say infront of a cop”

Inspec:”Gimmee that phone…tell him to come to the police station with the bike and get the phone back”…”you are you drunk”

Me:”no no sir”

inspec:”blow on my face”

me:”phooo phooo” blowing

inspec:”what are u retards doing here”

me:”sir..practice”

inspec:”wat practice”

me:”sir stunt practice”

Inspec:”phaaaaa if u fuckers fall down and die who will be responsible u freaks”

And the cops took one of his friend who was on a bike watching us stunting and had no license.

Great everything looked screwed now.

The guy who flew on his bike appeared from the other side of the road and came to us.He me,my friend and one other team member went to the police station with the bike on which he flew.

Me:”sir this is the guy who ran away seeing you”

Inspec to him:”take ur license”

He:”i don’t have one”

Inspec:”Wait inside the station”

He then went out in his jeep for patroling.

So the team guy and his friend was inside the police station.Me and my friend was standing in the porch of the station.The guys who were inside the station was sitting comfortably  on chairs and me and my friend was bloody standing in the porch.we all were waiting for the mighty inspector to return.The cops who were in the station was talking to the guys in there,they said its simple matter and when the Inspec comes remit the fine amount and we they will be free to go.

After one hour the inspector came and he was demanding that the parents of the guys should come or else he won’t let them go.The father of one of the guy is in Dubai and he got only his mother at home.

We were like talking kind of requesting that we will remit the fine and please let us go without informing the parents.After long time the inspec said.”Ok bring 2 guys who got valid licenses and bring the fine amount also” and he went out again.

Ok Ok now its time to do something..I called two of my friends up..called one of the main guy of the team up and asked all of them to come to the station and me and my friend went to the ATM and took money and was waiting at the station for the Inspec.

He came back after another 2 hours.

Inspec to me:”what do you guys will stand like this only or will be going home also”

me:”sir friends with license are coming with money”

Inspec:”friends no no..what if i want to see his father himself”

What the fuck man..just sometime back he said bring anyone with license.

Me:”sir u said anyone with money right”

Inspec:”no no i want see their parents themselves”

Ohh come on man don’t shit on our fucking face like this..

Then the Inspector himself called up the dad of the stunter guy.And by the time my friends also came.

Me and my friend was standing there from 4pm and now it was 9pm.The guys inside were wearing low-waist jeans.So kind of naturally their briefs were visible.The cops were kind of ragging them really.We could hear all of it while we were standing outside.Those guys were kids only 17years old and were school kids and the cops were talking to them as if they were some criminals.What a shame…What a bloody shame..

His dad also came…The cops were yelling at those kids in front of his dad.What might have that poor dad felt…It was written on the wall of the police staion

wow man great i bow to your wit at this point of time…it was around 10 in the night…me and my poor friend was standing in the porch for 6hours…ya standing like shit for 6 fucking hours…great day

me: “got 2 backlogs..so was not able to appear for any placement drives”

I am so bloody tired of being in such a conversation so many times,coz of certain reasons i had these 2 backlogs.I was trying to nail them from quite a long time now.

For me the toughest subjects in the MG University Btech Information Technology syllabus is Electrical Circuits and Systems(ECS) of 3rd semester and Signals and Systems(SAS) of 4th sem.I failed for these two subjects when i wrote the regular exams.I studied wuite well and wrote the ECS supplementary exam during my 4th sem,didn’t clear it and failed for SAS too.Here starts the dark ages,parents,teachers,relatives all are after my ass cursing.Then came my 5th semester regular exams i didn’t even try writing the ECS exam coz it was on the same day of my Operating System regular exam.But i did write the SAS exam and failed again too.Thus i entered my 6th semester,and by this time most of my friends was sitting comfortably with all the subjects passed and waiting for the companies to come.The recrutiment drive started with Infosys.It was kind of simple aptitude test and if cleared that then one HR interview and that’s all.I was there at the college with my friends who was appearing for the drive.Some of my good friends got placed.Then lot of companies came and i couldn’t appear for none.

Then came my 6th semester exams and in this semester also there was a ‘big bad daddy’ known as Digital Signal Processing(DSP).I was so fucking disappointed to see the exam time table

i forgot the exact dates of exam…it was something like

11-06-2008    time(1:30-2:30pm)       Signals And Systems

12-06-2008    time(9:30am-12:30)     Digital Signal Processing

(1:30-2:30pm)      Electrical Circuits And Systems

wow..two exams a day that too DSP and ECS…and SAS in the afternoon of the previous day…somehow wrote all of ‘em…And 2 weeks back my results came and i passed for all..Thank God…so now happy with no backlogs…

p.s:-i don’t know how many of you will understand…to understand this you should be in this bloody conditon of having backlogs..trust me it haunts you until you clear it

                                    Few months before there was a recruitment drive held at a college by Satyam Computers.I was there and then there i met this old friend of mine who was with me in a 4 day camp which was held 5 years before,let’s call him Black Jack.I met this guy talked a bit and that evening i got a friendship request from him on orkut.Then after a few days i got an invite from him to join the community of a biker gang in orkut,the gang was DFG..this dude along with some other guy was the founder of this gang.I joined the community and after that i was in close contact with him thru Orkut.

                                  Then Black Jack started uploading cool bike stunting pics in Orkut which were really cool.And when i asked him about it,he said they have a new friend now who’s name is Daredevil and he’s from a reputed acclaimed biker gang called “Gravity Warriors(GW)” from Pune.GW i recognised as one of the best stunting group in India.After that i asked Black Jack for DFG decals and i personally met him to get the decals.This time with him was a slim guy with a beard which was like what..showing his atitude.He was the other co-founder of the gang let’s call him “Hellcat”.

                                                      After this we discussed about various stunts in our community in orkut and i was the guy who knew nothing except for the normal burnouts.I tried some of the stunts which they told me how to do thru the internet,nothing worked except for a stunt called “Suicide Burnout”..and the interesting thing is Suicide Burnout is something considered to be a tougher stunt than some of the basic stunts.

                                                   Since nothing worked much i decided to join them for practice and me and my partner in crime “genuine” went for a session of practice with these guys.The practice spot is 60+ km away from my town,so a 120+kms bothways.There i met “falcon” and the “daredevil” in person and they were all doing amazing stuffs and i had my first stunt lessons from  a pro-stunter “Daredevil” of Gravity Warriors.”Falcon” is an amazing stunter nails most of the stunts like a piece of cake and there was no need for any description for the “daredevil”,he was a pro.I saw the “daredevil” skitching at over a 80kph you know just like a flash,the continuous “rolling burnout” around a bike with almost accurate precison.The first stunt session itself i got hold of a stunt called “stoppie(endo)” and later i was joining them more frquently for practice and learned more stunts like compass,skitch etc a bit.And during one of our practice session at a more public spot we saw another biker gang having a DFG decal on their bike.Some guys from a college asked us to perform a stunt show in their college.Made contacts with top stunters in India…we are “ALMOST FAMOUS”…stillll riding wild….

p.s:-we stunt only on private property,no showing off in public spots and we hate wannabes.
